REFUND POLICY

Applicants Release Form & Exhibitor's Application ($15) & Art Contest Submission ($25)

Tues, Sept. 1st, 2009

A $40 non-refundable fee for application & your art contest submissions must be included with your Exhibitor Application Form and Applicants Release Form in order to be considered.

ALL late submissions must be received by

Failure to submit within these guidelines will automatically prohibit you from taking part in the show. In addition, you will not be eligible to take part in our Art Contest.

No refunds for booth rental fee will be granted to late submissions

Accepted Exhibitors/Applicants with Booth Assignments will be notified no later than

Weds., Sept. 9th, 2009

Notification via email, phone, and also posted on our exhibitors page.

Exceptions can be made to those applying after Sept. 14th. However, you will be ineligible for the Art Contest, and will be subject to an additional $25.00 non-refundable late fee

Your Booth Fee will be due no later than

Mon, Sept. 14th, 2009

Full refund of your booth fee rental will be given if you cancel between May 11, 2009- May 25, 2009

Half of your booth fee rental will be given if you cancel between May 26, 2009-  June 8, 2009

No refunds for booth fee rentals will be granted after  June 9, 2009

Art Contest Jurying

Begins Monday, Sept. 8, 2009 and closes Monday, Sept. 15, 2009

Winners will be announced at the show on October 10th at the Awards Ceremony -time of show T.B.D.

 

*** Receipts for all monies paid toward your show will be issued and sent to your e-mail address, or snail-mail (when applicable), as will refunds for cancellation.

 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS         

Payments can be made in the following forms made out to Jenn Mitchell: Money Order/Cashiers Check, Business Check or Cash only.
